The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Joseph Buster Calfrobe, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence, driving without an ignition interlock device, driving with a license suspended in the first degree and hit and run of unattended property.

Scott E. Peterson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of felony violation of a no-contact order and second-degree domestic violence assault.

Nathan James Rhoads, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for possession of methamphetamine.

Brian Andrew Terris, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for harassment.

Angela Marie Graham, booked for a Department of Corrections warrant and failure to appear for eluding law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.

Anthony Richard Cotterill, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for unlawful possession of methamphetamine.

Phillip L. Rethford, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Eric Desalle Woodfork, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for felony violation of a no-contact order, felony harassment and unlawful imprisonment.

Sean Christopher Eskesen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree possession of stolen property and two counts of delivery of heroin.

Marvin Tate Broadus, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree assault and violating a domestic violence no-contact order.

Robert Lee Starry Jr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a probation violation for possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy William Rose, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting.

James Roy Humphreys, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a license suspended in the first degree and failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the second degree.

Joshua Nicholas Walker, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for a probation violation.

Wade Stephen Hardenbrook, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Alesha Mary Rodriguez, booked for a drug court violation.

Michael Dean Money, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of retail theft with extenuating circumstances and third-degree theft.

Liberty Lyn Garrett, booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for second-degree robbery.

Christina Anna Adams, booked by juvenile detention for a probation violation.

Leona May Mount, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree theft and tampering with physical evidence.

Walter John Ward Jr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant and violating a protection order.

Eugene Francis Borges, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of second-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and fourth-degree assault.

Collin Daniel Cofield, booked by Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant and failure to appear for trespassing in a restricted area near Whatcom Creek.

Justin Starr Hill, booked by Bellingham Police Department for taking a motor vehicle without permission, driving with a license suspended in the second degree and a probation violation.

Robert Christopher Bunton Jr., booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for obstructing law enforcement.
