Lynden Christian tops Meridian for first place

The Lynden Christian girls' soccer team defeated Meridian 2-1 on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in a Class 1A Northwest Conference matchup at Meridian High School.

With the win, the Lyncs (9-3-2, NWC 7-3-1) hold the tiebreak over Meridian (11-3-1, NWC 7-3-1) after defeating the Trojans.
