The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Visente Levi Jon Galvez-Cruz, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of second-degree assault, violating a no-contact order and obstructing law enforcement.

Joshua Lewis Starr, booked by Western Washington University Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Angel Martinez-Gonzalez, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

Seth Harrison Sturgeon, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Nicole Christiansen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Wendy Ann Briones, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Nikki Rae Shepherd, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for criminal trespassing.

Jimmy Raymond Abitia, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief.

Brian Matthew Marshall, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Joshua Tyler Smith-Dickerman, booked by Ferndale Police Department for investigation of possession of methamphetamine and paraphernalia, failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief with physical damage, and failure to appear for shoplifting.

David Michael Thomas Laub, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of domestic violence threats and harassment, and failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Ashley Lynn Talley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree theft.

Tyson Eric Jurich, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault, and driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Brian Patrick Mcgonigal, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of heroin and driving with a third-degree suspended license, and driving with a third-degree suspended license.

Bernard Dale Falconer, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary.

Taylor M. Rodgers, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
