Vincent electrifies in Bellingham's 5-0 win

The Bellingham girls' soccer team defeated Anacortes 5-0 on Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Bellingham High School.

Cashel Vincent got the Red Raiders' scoring efforts started in the 15th minute off of an assist from Kendra Steele. Vincent scored again five minutes later off a feed from Mary Dyrland.

"Cashel was really active to start the game," Bellingham coach Mark Wright said in a phone interview.

Steele put Bellingham up by three with a goal in the 35th minute off a Vincent assist. Sydney Wright and Dyrland rounded out the final two goals for Bellingham.

"It was nice to relax and put the ball in the net," Wright said. "(It's) exciting to see moving forward."

Hannah Jacobus recorded the shutout in the net for Bellingham, recording three saves in the process.
