THE BELLINGHAM HERALDOctober 15, 2013

Bellingham girls' swim team got the better of Sedro-Woolley 121-57 on Tuesday, Oct. 15 at Arne Hanna Aquatic Center.

Roxy Kulm was the star for Bellingham, winning in the 200 freestyle with a time of 2:25.51. Kulm set two district qualifying times in the 200 freestyle and 100 breaststroke. Both times were two seconds improved on her old personal bests.

"She came out on fire," coach Jeff Anderson said in a phone interview.

Bellingham also took all three relays - the 200 medley, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle.

"They swam very well," Anderson said. "We continue to improve."
