Ryland James Temperio, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two counts of forgery, third-degree theft and financial exploitation of a vulnerable adult.

Edward Bernard Warner, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for hit and run of unattended property and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Henry Keith Beeland, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree theft, three counts of trafficking in stolen property and forgery.

Donald Mark Matthiesen, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Travis Dale Baker, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for hit and run.
