Security cameras recorded two men, one armed with a shotgun, robbing a Shell station on Meridian Street in Bellingham on Aug. 8. Gas station owner David Larson, who had been stocking a beer cooler when they came in, emptied the register at gunpoint. Moments later, Larson went outside to get a description of their car, which police used to spot the vehicle. A chase and shootout ended with the arrests of Rafael Martinez-Garcia and Pastor Lopez-Franco.
