The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Kevin James Vanzanten, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

William Thomas Young, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Joanie Felix, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Maxim Arkadyevich Odarenko, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and reckless driving.

Dustin Craig White, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for malicious mischief.

Christopher Anthony Wade, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Wade Stephen Hardenbrook, booked for a drug court violation.

Christopher J. Kennedy, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Jason David Leon Billy, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a domestic violence no-contact order and second-degree trespassing.

Dustin William Crabtree, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Stuart Karl Allen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for hit and run.

Rodolfo Nava Jr., booked by Everson Police Department for Corrections for a department warrant.

Albert Cruz Garza, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of retail theft with extenuating circumstances.

Leona May Mount, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of retail theft with extenuating circumstances.

Steven Lewis Sampson, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Aftai Kelete, booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for minor frequenting a tavern, making false statements to a public servant and minor intoxicated in public.

Kaz Ordwing, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and a Department of Corrections warrant.
