The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Alec James Dunn-Greketis, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree assault and first-degree kidnapping.

Abas A. Sheikh, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Emily Beth Kedis, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Brian Wayne Powell, booked by Ferndale Police Department for civil bench warrants and failure to appear for third-degree theft.

John Peter Calene, booked by Department of Corrections for attempting to elude law enforcement, possession of a controlled substance and a department hold.

Anthony Stephen Aquiningoc, booked by Department of Corrections for second-degree assault and a department hold.

Jonathan Andrew Asbury, booked by Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Christina Marie Simpson, booked by Blaine Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant and failure to appear for first-degree theft, second-degree theft, forgery, driving with a license suspended in the third degree and possession of a controlled substance.

Michael William Solomon, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for driving under the influence.

Susan Elizabeth McCrory, booked by Lynden Police Department for driving without an ignition interlock device, driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for driving without an ignition interlock device and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Jose Luis Lopez-Hernandez, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for first-degree negligent driving and a probation violation.

Meichielle T. Smith-Bearden, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft.

Brenton Lee Miller, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Jeffrey Curtis George, booked by Everson Police Department for driving with a license suspended in the third degree, failing to transfer a title within 45 days and resisting arrest.

Juan Manuel Sotelo-Perez, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving with a license suspended in the second degree.

Daniel Robert Washington, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for third-degree domestic violence assault and battery.

Andres Maldonado, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for minor intoxicated in public and making false statements to a public servant.
