Whatcom County Jail report for Sept. 30

THE BELLINGHAM HERALDOctober 1, 2013 

The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts. Because of technical problems, booking agencies weren't available Friday.

SEPT. 30, 2013

Brandon George Monhollen, booked by Washington State Patrol for violating a domestic violence no-contact order, obstructing law enforcement and making false statements to a public servant.

Adam J. Spry, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Shasta Marie Johnson, booked for failure to appear for third-degree malicious mischief.

Joseph Patrick Benjamin Lance, booked by Blaine Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and driving without an ignition interlock device.

Dean Olaf May, booked by Bellingham Police Department for four counts of failure to appear for second-degree trespassing.

John Karl Jacks II, booked by Western Washington University Police for two counts of driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
