Sehome boys' tennis beats Lynden, remains undefeated

The Sehome boys' tennis team earned its second win in as many days, beating Lynden 6-1 during a Northwest Conference match Thursday, Sept. 26, at Sehome.

Sehome's Brady Anderson, Max Shmotolohka, Reece Gilbert and Sam Humphreys each won their singles matches and duos Aaron Goldfogle and Jeremy Delisle and Devin Trueb and Cameron Adrian won their doubles matches.

"Singles dominated the top half of the ladder for sure," Sehome coach Bonna Giller said during a phone interview. "I was really pleased with Devin and Cameron. They're learning more every day and really impressed."

Trueb and Adrian beat Lynden's Austin VanderHaak and Cody Engelsma 6-3, 7-5.

Sehome (6-0, 6-0 NWC) returns to the court against Anacortes at 3:30 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27, in Anacortes, while the Lions (3-3, 3-3 NWC) travel to Sedro-Woolley at 3:30 p.m the same day.
