The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

David William Purviance, booked by Bellingham Police Department for urinating in public, failure to appear for shoplifting and three counts of failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Ryan James Frenna, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of unlawful possession of a firearm.

Randy Scott Chritton, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for domestic violence harassment.

Daniel Alan Uitdenhowen, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Daniel-eliyahshua M. Klein, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Michael Charles Blume, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Matthew Aaron Hagen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Ryan Lee Graham, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two counts of failure to appear for driving with a third-degree suspended license, and failure to appear for two counts of family nonsupport.

Tucker James Henry Clements, booked by Department of Fish and Wildlife for a warrant for disorderly conduct.

Jason Nicholas Dean, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Daniel Everett Fehlman Jr., booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Kenneth John Glunt, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a no-contact protection order.

Shane Michael Brown, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for a violation of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act.

Daniel Fred Oman, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to transfer a title.

Justin Michael Acton, booked by Washington State Patrol on a Virginia warrant for investigation of fugitive burglary.
