The Bellingham girls' soccer team defeated Mount Baker 5-0 on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Mount Baker High School.

Mariah Miller got the scoring started with a goal in the ninth minute off an assist from Kendra Steele. Cashel Vincent added the first of her two goals in the 27th minute to give the Red Raiders a 2-0 lead.

"I thought Cashel was really active today," Bellingham coach Mark Wright said in a phone interview. "She did a lot of good things each time she got an opportunity."

Morgan Jones scored off an assist by Haley Nichols in the 48th minute, and Vincent scored her second goal three minutes later. Mia Hodges scored the Red Raiders' final goal off an assist from Vincent.
