"DeJager just did a great job all day, consistently getting kills in every match. She was consistent all day long," Lynden Christian coach Kim Grycel said in a phone interview.
Kara Bajema added 32 kills for the Lyncs, and Madison Weg had 29 kills and 52 assists in the tournament.
"Weg was amazing, and really it was her first time she has hit for us ever," Grycel said. "To have 29 kills, she was pretty dominant. She had 13 blocks, five aces, I could go on."
