TAG to host family picnic at Boxx Berry Farm

A local group will host a family picnic and show off a variety of technology on Sunday, Sept. 8, at Boxx Berry Farm.

The Technology Alliance Group for Northwest Washington is hosting the public event, which runs from noon to 3 p.m. The picnic includes ribs, hot dogs, various salads, corn, strawberry shortcake and beverages. Interactive displays will include Lego robotics by Bricks and Beyond and farm technology.

Proceeds from the event will go toward the TAG Technology Scholarship Fund. Tickets purchased before the event are $10 per person or $25 for a family. Tickets at the event are $15 per person or $40 per family.

Tickets can be purchased at tagnw.org/picnic. Boxx Berry Farm is at 6211 Northwest Road.
