The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Samuel Stephen Bartle Jr., booked by Washington State Patrol for investigation of possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.

Scott James McCoy, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Eugene Labrone Smartt, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Amanda Nicole McClanahan, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for trespassing in a restricted area of Whatcom Creek and failure to appear for minor in possession.

Roderick Allen Pullar Jr., booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant and an investigation of criminal activity hold.

Shannon Dale Jacques, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree domestic violence assault and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Jake Suchcannon Johnnie, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Wesley John Gibbs, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of first degree assault, possession of a firearm and a Department of Corrections warrant.

Jacquelyn Azure Elzea, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, and failure to appear for a probation violation and second-degree possession of stolen property.

Carrie Garney Florer, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of heroin and three counts of violating a domestic violence no-contact order, failure to appear for third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief, investigation of three counts of violating a no-contact order, and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.
