Says boaters help fuel local jobs

COURTESY TO THE BELLINGHAM HERALDAugust 31, 2013

Boats are a hole in the water.

A hole in the water that one pours money into to keep the hole from going to the bottom of the marina. All boat owners know about the money hole.

Unfortunately the hole leaks large amounts of money. Fortunately we have many well-paid skilled workers who clean up the money leaks and recycle the money throughout Bellingham. This process is called boating.

You just add lots of money to the water and presto, you're a boater! A boater who helps to create good paying jobs in Bellingham.
