The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Thomas Philip Montes II, booked by Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and fourth-degree assault.

Sara Ann Franks, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Anthony Dre Denunzio, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance.

Timothy Robert Marshall, booked by Department of Corrections on a department warrant.

Bret Tyler Wilson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for failing to register as a sex offender.

Kimberly Ann Cooke, booked by Department of Corrections on a department warrant and possession of a controlled substance.

John Emmett Brown Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for resisting arrest, obstructing law enforcement and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Cynthia Lynn Harvey, booked by Blaine Police Department for driving under the influence.

Gene Thomas Stenberg, booked by Department of Corrections on a department warrant.

David Wayne Jordan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree introducing contraband, resisting arrest and obstructing law enforcement.

Meghan O'Kelly Calavan, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Kurtis Michael Holbrook, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office on a Department of Corrections warrant.

Justin Robert Shelton, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the first degree and possession of a controlled substance.

Desmond Latrez Kelley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.
