Unhappy with downtown arrests

Since when is sitting against a building a crime? That cop should be arrested, then fired when he gets out. And even if he can't find another job, he'll still have fines to pay, and court dates to show up for. Miss either of those and you'll be arrested again, and the cycle continues. He may even end up sitting against a building. But if he does, he ought to be arrested for it.
