The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Ashley Jo Cruse, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Christopher Emery Edwards, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of disorderly conduct and possession of an illegal substance.

Jeffery Herbert Slack, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree assault.

Kyle Michael Jefferson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for intimidating a witness and disobeying a lawful order of court.

John Douglas Bauthues, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Jerry Franklin, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended in the first degree.

Kersey Lynn Ordos, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of four counts of delivery of heroin.

Angela Kanoha Bumatay, booked by Nooksack Tribal Police Department for failure to appear for theft and a probation violation.

Billy Paul Cooper, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct and malicious mischief.

Kenneth Russell Thomas Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana.

David Allen Wormell, booked by U.S. Marshals for a Department of Corrections warrant and failure to appear for failing to register as a sex offender.

Donald Clark Bering, booked by Bellingham Police Department for resisting arrest, obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing.
