Carpenter wins at Skagit Speedway

Kelsey Carpenter came back from bad luck the last few weeks of racing to win the 360 Sprints A-Main on Saturday, Aug. 17, at Skagit Speedway.

Randy Price ran second and Kenny Rutz overcame a lap one spin to finish third.

Brock Lemley led all 25 laps to take first in the 410 Sprint Car A-Main. Travis Jacobslon was second and Josh Dewitt finished third.

Chase Goetz is the new Skagit Speedway USAC Midget champion after winning Saturday's main event. Tristin Thomas was second and Madison Hess finished third.

Jon Gunderson won the Outlaw Tuners Main. Travis Meins was second and Eric Vailette was third.
