Ferndale Street Festival runs Aug. 23-24


The ninth annual Ferndale Street Festival features music from bluegrass to country, southern rock to alternative rock, from 6 to 11 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 23-24, in downtown Ferndale. Admission is free.

There's an entire block dedicated to live stage acts, food and craft vendors, a car show and a wine-and-beer tent.

Proceeds support Ferndale Chamber of Commerce. Details: ferndalestreetfestival.com.
