The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Derek Brandon Wilson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of first-degree burglary, second-degree assault and fourth-degree assault.

Ashley Marie Carpenter, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for shoplifting.

Jimie Paige Koch, booked by Western Washington University for driving under the influence and hit-and-run of property.

Caitlan Alena Sowers, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for failing to transfer a title.

Chelsey Rose Laclair, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to appear for failing to comply with treatment.

Gary Dean Aardema Sr., booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree domestic-violence assault.

Roy Joe Taylor Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Brent Ecklev Oakley, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault and third-degree domestic-violence malicious mischief.

Frank Henry Olsen, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to register as a sex offender.

Krystal Camelle Goetz, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of third-degree retail theft with extenuating circumstances and failure to appear for a controlled substance violation, two counts of possession of heroin and two counts of shoplifting.

Benjamin Joseph Jennings, booked by Department of Corrections on a department warrant.

Dustin Samuel Duckworth, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic-violence assault and failure to appear for fourth-degree domestic-violence assault.

Steven Dalton Parker, booked for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the second degree.

Stephen Glenn Cloudt, booked by Bellingham Police Department for disorderly conduct and obstructing a law enforcement officer.

Dillon McKinley Wilson, booked by Washington State Patrol for investigation of first-degree burglary, second-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and failure to appear for shoplifting and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Amanda Lee Lawrence, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
