Bells roll over Victoria

The Bellingham Bells had five home runs and Jason Hager earned a complete-game victory in an 8-2 victory Friday, Aug. 9, at Victoria.

Christopher Beall hit a three-run home run in the third inning, Alex Calbick and Eric Angerer each hit solo shots in the fifth, Jake Bailey hit a solo homer in the eighth and Calbick hit another solo home run in the ninth.

Also, Ryan Kirby had a sacrifice fly in the first inning.

Hager gave up two runs and six hits with five strikeouts in the win.
