The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Wayne Leslie Laplante, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Bernardo O. Basave, booked by the Lynden Police Department for driving under the influence and an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

Douglas Francis Bob, booked by Nooksack Tribal Police for investigation of battery, domestic violence.

Preston Scott Estrada, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Sandra Rose Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to comply with jail alternatives and failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespassing, disobeying a lawful order of the court and three counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Daniel Nolasco, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree rape.

Jose Luis Navarro-Vargas, booked by the Everson Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Jessica Lou Heay, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of taking a motor vehicle without the owner's permission.

Jack Martin Lowe, booked for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Gale Raynard Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for disobeying a lawful order of the court.

Aaron Troy Laststar, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of third-degree assault, domestic violence.

Christopher Stephen Lally, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Smokey Charles Laclair, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of failure to register as a sex offender.

Jodi Rae Waterman, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Ike Puis Scarborough, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of first-degree driving with a suspended license and drug possession.

Kimberly Dorothy Scarborough, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for possession of drug paraphernalia and shoplifting.

Justina Renee Wahlsmith, booked by the Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Marcella Lynn Beatty, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of methamphetamine possession.

Steven Matthew Gilliland, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of unlawful possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.
