Bells fall in 10th to Medford

The Bellingham Bells gave up a run in the ninth inning and two runs in the 10th to lose 6-4 on Tuesday, July 30, to Medford at Joe Martin Field.

Alex Calbick doubled in a run and then scored on a passed ball in the second inning, Christopher Beall singled in a run in the fifth inning and Jack Meggs had an RBI single in the seventh inning.

Bellingham starter Jason Hager gave up nine hits and four runs and struck out six in eight innings.

The Bells host the Rogues again at 7:05 p.m. Wednesday, July 31, at Joe Martin Field.
