Southbound I-5 down to one lane north of Burlington July 31

Drivers can expect delays Wednesday, July 31, as southbound Interstate 5 will be down to one lane north of Burlington during road maintenance, according to the Washington State Department of Transportation.

Crews will be grinding and smoothing the approach to the railroad bridge just north of Burlington to make the road smoother for drivers.

The road will be down to one lane from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. between Bow Hill Road and Cook Road.
