The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Christopher Lloyd Neil, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence.

Alex Cameron Frost, booked as a juvenile for first-degree unlawful possession of a firearm and second-degree possession of stolen property.

Sara Alice Richter, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence.

Jedidiah Hamlin Winegarden, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for obstructing, interfering with reporting domestic violence, fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and violating a domestic violence protection order.

Leidis Laura Cruz-Martinez, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Lanny Ray Frazier, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license and marijuana possession.

Guy Harlin Hovander, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Mandi Rose Robinson, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

David James Butterton, booked by the Sumas Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Lucy Matilda Danielle Cooke, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Harvey Raymond Jefferson, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence, second-degree driving with a suspended license and making false statements.

Cory Daniel Wolf, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for second-degree criminal trespassing, third-degree theft, obstructing and failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Kenneth John Glunt, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violating a civil anti-harassment order.
