The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Jerry Ray Land, booked by Sumas Police Department for violating a no-contact order.

Takuya Greg Waters, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic-violence assault.

Kristen Del Caldwell, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Levi Austin Vandentop, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana.

Ricki Lee Kiefer, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Cole Alan Nease, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Frankie Lee Dillard, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for possession of a dangerous weapon and failure to appear for first-degree trafficking in stolen property.

Kanam Jeremy Johnson, booked by Ferndale Police Department for investigation of a fugitive warrant out of Salem, Ore.

Melissa M. Schmidt, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary.

Gabriel V. Lewis, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for second-degree domestic violence assault.

Brianna Michelle Lynn Echols, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for violating a no-contact order.

Brooke Marie K. Vandermeulen, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Shawn Patrick Main, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a drug court violation.

Anthony James Nauta Jr., booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Michael Edmound Johnsen, booked by Department of Corrections on a department hold.

Brian Joe Lavalley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Joleen Medel Zavala, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree and possession of narcotics.

Daniel James Walker, booked by U.S. Department of Homeland Security on a federal hold.

Allen Garold Jefferson, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree trespassing and failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespassing and two counts of second-degree criminal trespassing.
