The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

JULY 15, 2013

Donovan Brent Harley, booked by Bellingham Police Department for brandishing weapons, fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

Aaron R. Jellum, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Leland Anthony Julian, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree theft.

Troy Gordon Flaherty, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for shoplifting and second-degree trespassing.

Bridgett Rae Finkbonner, booked by Washington State Patrol for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for two counts of driving with a suspended license, two counts of operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock device, shoplifting and third-degree theft.

Ravon Harold Diggs, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Lawrence Stewart English, booked by Northwest Transport for first-degree burglary and third-degree malicious mischief.

Robert Edward Wilkinson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of possession of a controlled substance.

Daniel Jacob Smith, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree domestic violence assault and failure to appear for disorderly conduct and malicious mischief.

Kyle Matthew Gray, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for illegal destruction of property and assault.
