The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Kaz Ordwing, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Ana B. Guevara-Beltran, booked by the Everson Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence.

Raynee Len Chesson, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree assault.

Jorge Luis Aguilar, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for third-degree theft, investigation of first-degree robbery and failure to appear for forgery and second-degree theft.

Jerome Albert Tom Jr., booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of possession of drug paraphernalia and a Department of Corrections hold.

Steven Wayne Markowicz, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Randy Lynn Shirley, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Dillon Lawrence Bass, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of attempted eluding.

Gabriel Luis Bustamante, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for first-degree negligent driving, driving under the influence and hit and run.

Tracy Ann Temple, booked by the Everson Police Department for first-degree driving with a suspended license and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock.

David George Haroldsen, booked by the Sumas Police Department for investigation of felon in possession of a firearm.

John Patrick Clair, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for driving under the influence.

Tyler Roy Jurich, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license, failure to transfer title and failure to appear for not having a valid license.

Ronald William Martinez, booked by the Blaine Police Department for driving under the influence.

Philip Everett Sherman, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence, and interfering with reporting domestic violence.
