Don Stockton and Joyce Stockton

June 30, 2013

Don and Joyce Stockton Don and Joyce celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary. The high school sweethearts were married June 20th, 1953 at Laurel Community Baptist Church. After living in Astoria, OR while Don served in the United States Coast Guard, they made home in Laurel, WA. They spent their years raising their two sons, working hard on their dairy farm, hunting, boating and camping. Don later drove school bus for their alma mater, Meridian School District, while Joyce worked for various local businesses including Western Farmers Association and LTI. When they're not camping or attending Meridian sporting events, Don spends his days tinkering in his workshop and Joyce enjoys adventures with her girlfriends. But their ultimate joy is spending time with their loving family which includes 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren (with another on the way).
