The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

June 25, 2013

Joseph Conley Jones, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for three counts of fourth-degree assault.

Gabriel D. Rodriguez, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.

Billy Joe Pinnell, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Bruce Allan Wilson, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Ricky Allen Jones, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree theft.

Lawrence Michael Wasisco, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence, and interfering with reporting domestic violence.

Herman Lee Barton, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault.

Joshua Nicholas Walker, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of obstruction, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Raynie Celeste Solomon, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of obstruction, drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Edward Raymond Allen, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.
