The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Cory Ira Mezo, booked by Western Washington University Police for first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Raphael Joseph Solomon, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of third-degree assault and malicious mischief, domestic violence.

Seth Moses Roberts, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence and first-degree driving with a suspended license.

Scott Thomas Alexander, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree burglary and second-degree theft.

Malescio Aguilar Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for second-degree theft.

Alexander Vincent Demers, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Jerry Ray Land, booked by the Sumas Police Department for violation of a court order, domestic violence.

Sandra Lee Cousins, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Brian Pena Lerma, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for two counts of violation of a no-contact order, domestic violence, and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence, and disorderly conduct.

Billy Dean Postnikoff, booked by Immigration and Customs Enforcement for investigation of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute.

Dennis Daniel Lengel, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary and methamphetamine possession and failure to appear for shoplifting.

Carlos Antonio Torres, booked by the Everson Police Department for disorderly conduct.

Cody J. Beckstead, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree robbery.

Tanisha L. Kozera-Franklin, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree robbery.

Phillip Anthony Clark, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of second-degree possession of stolen property and failure to appear for drug possession, third-degree driving with a suspended license, second-degree theft and malicious mischief.

Cary Ann Wayman, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of first-degree assault and failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Steven William Hamilton, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence.

Gerald Anthony Pray, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violation of a no-contact order, domestic violence.
