Elizabeth Park concert series opens June 27 with Snug Harbor funk band

Funk band Snug Harbor kicks off this summer's Elizabeth Park series of free concerts on Thursday, June 27, sponsored by the Eldridge Society for History & Preservation and supported by Bellingham Parks and Recreation Department.

The family-friendly concerts take place from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursdays through Aug. 29 at the park at Elizabeth and Madison streets, in Columbia neighborhood.
