Chi-E-Shenam Westin is one of the artists on display at the International Festival of Arts exhibit at Peace Arch State Park in Blaine on Saturday and Sunday, June 22-23, 2013.

Works by more than 60 artists from the United States and Canada is on display at Peace Arch State Park in Blaine from 10 a.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and 11 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sunday, June 22-23, featuring visual arts, textiles, sculpture, music and dance, as well as gourmet food.

The International Festival of Arts exhibit is presented by Blaine Artists (on Facebook), Allied Arts of Whatcom County and the city of Blaine.
