Key hits from Annunziata and Ybarra help Bells win 5-4


Michael Annunziata and RJ Ybarra each recorded a double and two RBI to lift the Bellingham Bells to a 5-4 West Coast League win against Wenatchee Thursday, June 13, at Joe Martin Stadium.

The AppleSox led 3-1 into the top of the sixth, but the Bells put together a three-run sixth to capture a 4-3 lead.

Bells pitcher Luke Morrill, who went five innings and gave up two earned runs on five hits, picked up the win.

Bellingham returns to the diamond against Wenatchee at 7:05 p.m. Friday, June 14, at Joe Martin Stadium.
