The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Ruben Cornejo Garcia, booked by Bellingham Police Department for violating a domestic violence no-contact order.

Robert Leanard Austin, booked by Western Washington University Police for failure to appear for fourth-degree assault.

Tiffany Love Croney, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana.

Jordan Scott Shaver, booked by Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for supplying liquor to a minor.

Corey John Sobjack, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Theodore Kjell Thompson, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Jason David Williams, booked by Blaine Police Department for investigation of second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and second-degree trespassing.

Jason Jeffrey Olsen, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of an electronic home monitoring device violation.

Ray A. Hollis, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for two counts of violating a domestic violence no-contact order, interfering with a report of domestic violence and third-degree domestic violence malicious mischief.

Louise Diane Baker, booked by Bellingham Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Dustin Lee Lewis, booked by Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
