The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Chelsea L. Sherfey, booked by Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Robert Allen Lee, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Lonny Russell Hill, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for possession of a controlled substance and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Jason James Porter, booked by Northwest Transport for failure to appear for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Gene Thomas Stenberg, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Jessie Manuel Reta, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Gomer Carl Spottedbear, booked by Bellingham Police Department for two counts of first-degree criminal trespassing.

Jaspal Singh Purewal, booked by U.S. Customs and Border Protection for failure to appear for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Mark Stephen Jones, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of methamphetamine.

Daniel Burton Collins, booked by Bellingham Police Department for second-degree trespassing.

Jose A. Longoria, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
