Rave: Whatcom merchants help make B.C. driver's trip a pleasant one

COURTESY TO THE BELLINGHAM HERALDJune 9, 2013

Recently my Mom and I embarked on our annual getaway to Mount Vernon. We always look forward to our trip with great anticipation, but this year it was almost not to be. Just feet past the U.S. Customs booth at the Sumas crossing I found the mechanism to wind my driver's window up and down had malfunctioned with the window in the down position.

Now we had to decide, turn back or try to get it fixed.

With the help of B.J. at BJ's Towing in Sumas we made our way to Keith Cox Autobahn in Bellingham and happily their team had us back on the road much warmer and dryer than when we pulled up. It seemed we were surrounded by family rather than in an auto shop during a first visit as our comfort and peace of mind was top priority.

Both of these Washington merchants are excellent ambassadors for your state and country and we would like to publicly say thank you for their care and kindness.
