The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Samuel Houston Harper, booked by Ferndale Police Department for investigation of taking a motor vehicle without permission.

Brandon Edmund Desotell, booked by Bellingham Police Department for obstructing law enforcement and failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Rainbow Tomma, booked by Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Cheri L. Johnson, booked by Washington State Patrol for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Kenneth Ran Miller, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Gabriel V. Lewis, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of first-degree burglary, violating a domestic violence no-contact order, two counts of fourth-degree assault and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.
