Carpenter wins 360 Sprints at Skagit


After Mack Brown and Brock Lemley crashed on the final lap of the 360 Sprints main event, Kelsey Carpenter took over the lead to win Saturday, June 1, at Skagit Speedway. Kenny Rutz was second and Colton Heath was third.

In the Sportsman Sprints main event, Cory Swatzina passed Paul Burdick - who led 14 of the last 15 laps - on turn one of the final lap to win the race. Burdick finished second and Zach McCabe was third.

Brandon Berg dominated the Outlaw Tuners main event, turning in a race fastest 17.5 second lap at the start to run away for the win. Rick Young finished in second place and Freddie Vela was third.
