The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Travis Everett Gordon, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for obstructing and third-degree malicious mischief.

David John Carter, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Crayton Todd Williams, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for a Department of Corrections hold.

Byron A. Cordero-Fonseca, booked by the Washington State Patrol for driving under the influence.

Everardo Amador-Zamudio, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for violating a no-contact order, domestic violence.

William Jack Moody-Hopkins, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Kyle Austin Berard, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for a Department of Corrections warrant.

Amy Nicolet, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for violation of a no-contact order and third-degree malicious mischief, domestic violence.

James Daniel Robb, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for domestic violence harassment.

Darren Allen Williams, booked by the Nooksack Tribal Police for failure to appear for third-degree theft and resisting arrest.

Aurora Phillips, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for residential burglary.

Samantha M. R. Clark, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, drug possession, soliciting and second-degree driving with a suspended license.

Lucas Gerald Jacks, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree driving with a suspended license and failure to appear for first-degree trafficking stolen property, fourth-degree assault and second-degree vehicle prowling.

Dana Jeanette Dunn, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of first-degree attempted kidnapping and first-degree assault.

Zachary M. Hecock, booked by the Lynden Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Ramey Dion Razor, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for shoplifting.

Joseph William Dillon, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for resisting arrest and failure to appear for second-degree criminal trespassing.
