The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Justin James Radisich, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree possession of stolen property, attempting to elude, second-degree driving with a suspended license, obstructing and third-degree malicious mischief.

Alan Murray Hamilton, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for driving under the influence.

Vaughn A. Tufts, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for a Department of Corrections hold and third-degree assault.

Christopher M. Hale, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold and failure to appear for possession of a dangerous weapon, possession of more than 40 grams of marijuana and a protection order violation.

Bryan Eugene Edwards, booked by the Lummi Nation Police Department for failure to appear for completion of inpatient treatment, drug possession and two counts of drug delivery.

Nathan Judah Howlett, booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for failure to appear for first-degree negligent driving.

Jordie Thomas Kinley, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for third-degree theft and failure to appear for fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

J.J. Daniel Chilcote, booked by the Department of Corrections for a department hold.

Kevin Patrick Riley, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree driving with a suspended license.

Danielle L. McKinley, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of forgery, theft and unlawful possession of a payment instrument.

Benjamin Max Sokolow, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of first-degree burglary and fourth-degree assault, and failure to appear for first-degree criminal trespassing.

Rebeckah Renee Aubertin, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for investigation of residential burglary and fourth-degree assault.

Jonas Leo Jackson, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for obstructing and fourth-degree assault, domestic violence.

Giovanni Aragon-Pena, booked by the Lynden Police Department for investigation of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

Jonathan M. Rodriguez, booked by the Everson Police Department for failure to appear for third-degree theft.

Alan L. Tincher, booked by the Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for disorderly conduct.

Timothy Matthew Lowry, booked by the Bellingham Police Department for driving under the influence.

Pedro Antonio Landaverde Jr., booked by the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of methamphetamine possession.
