Paula Poundstone, a regular panelist on National Public Radio's popular weekly news quiz show "Wait Wait ... Don't Tell Me," creates humor on-the-spot, blending such topics as politics, cats (she has about 16), single parenting, libraries and cool ties (she's hardly ever without one), at 8 p.m. Saturday, May 18, at Mount Baker Theatre, 104 N. Commercial St.
