The Whatcom County Sheriff's Office lists the following people as being booked into the Whatcom County Jail. In many cases, charges have not been filed. Guilt is determined by the courts.

Ronald Duane Ballew, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of possession of heroin and obstructing law enforcement.

Edward William Smart, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for violating a domestic violence protection order.

Hailie Nicole Hotchkiss, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of second-degree theft and minor in possession of alcohol.

Alice Della Lee, booked by Ferndale Police Department for investigation of forgery, second-degree possession of stolen property and second-degree theft.

Luis Alberto Gonzalez, booked by Blaine Police Department for a Department of Homeland Security hold and failure to appear for possession of fewer than 40 grams of marijuana and driving with a license suspended in the third degree.

Thomas Philip Montes II, booked by Lynden Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Wayne Scott Groshong, booked by Ferndale Police Department for failure to appear for driving under the influence and driving with an invalidated license.

Larry Gean Heggem, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Jeremy Dale Hyder, booked by Department of Corrections for a department warrant.

Rodrick Sebastian Rodriguez, booked by Everson Police Department for fourth-degree domestic violence assault.

Ashley May Sorenson, booked by Whatcom County Sheriff's Office for investigation of first-degree vehicle theft and felony harassment.

Shawn Anthony Wilson, booked by Lummi Nation Police Department for investigation of driving under the influence, possession of an illegal substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Fred Anthony Huaracha, booked by Bellingham Police Department for investigation of vehicular assault and driving under the influence.

Dannielle Sky Fredricks, booked by Bellingham Police Department for shoplifting and failure to appear for shoplifting.
