Bellingham workshop to address how-to for U.S. citizenship

BELLINGHAM - U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services will host a how-to session for becoming a U.S. citizen Monday, May 13.

Officers from the Seattle field office will be in Bellingham to talk to people about their individual case status from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., followed by a workshop on how to immigrate and naturalize from 2:30 to 4:30 p.m.

Both will take place at the Bellingham Federal Building, 104 W. Magnolia St. The sessions will take place in English.

A second workshop will run from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. May 13 at the Burlington Public Library, 820 E. Washington Ave. The Burlington workshop will include a Spanish interpreter.
