LC boys' golf tops field at Semiahmoo

The Lynden Christian boys' golf team topped the field of six at the Semiahmoo Golf and Country Club on Wednesday, May 1, with a score of 423. Sehome came in second with 433, with Ferndale right behind with a score of 451.

"It was great weather, and the course was in excellent shape," Lynden Christian coach Dana Hagen said in a phone interview.

Blaine's Ryan Wallen won medalist honors with a score of 74 on the day.

Medalist: Ryan Wallen, Blaine, 74
