Wilson scored 56 to medal at Similk

Laura Wilson led the way after scoring a 56 in a Northwest Conference girls' golf tournament at Similk Beach Golf Course on Tuesday, April 30.

Squalicum scored a 226, Mount Baker a 191, Blaine a 74 and Sehome a 50.

Wilson led the Mountaineers and Emma Brown added 44 points.

Squalicum was led by Maddie Atwood-Knudson, who scored 50 and Riley Andert and Etanne Neumann, who each scored 49.

Emily Greathouse led the Borderites with 38 and Melanie Henley led Sehome with 29.

All teams will play their final NWC tournament Monday, May 6.
