Bellingham computer services company changes name, adds services

THE BELLINGHAM HERALDApril 28, 2013

BELLINGHAM - Mark Knittel has made some changes to his computer service business that he believes will improve the company's flexibility.

Knittel has ended his franchise agreement with Data Doctors and his firm is now 100 percent locally owned and managed. The new company is called Ovation Technical Services and remains at 1019 Iowa St. in Bellingham.

Ovation will continue to provide computer services to business and residential customers, including computer repair, networking and data backup. He said the change will enable the company to provide more personalized services, where a technician goes out to a site, to go along with managed services. New services will include security audits, disaster planning and consulting in other aspects of computer technology.

For more information, call Knittel at the company's new phone number, 360-306-5261.
